Snyder Livestock started growing seed garlic in the late 1980's. We currently contract with Sensient, growing seed garlic for their fresh/dehydrated garlic operation. Since very little garlic is still grown in the USA, we take great pride in knowing that we are one of the few garlic producers in the USA.

Our annual production of garlic is usually 150 to 175 acres. Although the fresh aroma fills the valley, the garlic is all shipped out of the area to the next step in the Sensient garlic process.
